We're working on choosing a hotel. We're going to Myrtle Beach in May to scout them out, so we should have one secured by the end of May. We know you need as many details as possible in order to plan and budget your trip, so we're going to do our best this year to get as many details confirmed as early as humanly possible (while raising our eight children ;).

This is fabulous. Kudos to you gals! And thank you for organizing. I plan on coming, and am glad the new location is practially in my backyard (I'm in Wilmington NC). That will make it much easier for me to come!
