Hi all! I'm posting the link to the itinerary below. If you don't mind, could you all do some posting on your blogs spreading the word that the registration and itinerary information is up? We don't want anyone to miss the registration deadline for lack of knowing. Thank you ;)!
Also, I wanted to take a moment and address the question of the registration fee. We have made the statement that any proceeds will benefit Global Orphan Team to be completely transparent. We don't expect to have proceeds left over after the expenses are paid. Hotel meeting rooms and catered meals are CRAZY expensive (like pass out, have a heart attack expensive) and our HOPE is to break even. I had to cover some expenses out of my own pocket last year and I just can't do that again this year. Know that if there are any funds left, they will go towards raising the standard of care of orphans in Guatemala. Not a bad thing to put your money towards in my opinion ;). Registration
Itinerary will be posted shortly, but we need to get registration going. Just know there will be some meals included and some transportation included in your registration fee. We've had some last minute surprises so we need a few days to work through those before we post the schedule.
It will be fabulous, no doubt ;).
All the information you will need is on the registration form. We will not be providing online registration this year. We paid some outrageous PayPal fees last year and just are not willing to do that again. Hopefully you will find this process pretty easy, however.

Hurry!
Hey guys!
We need your help. We're QUICKLY running out of rooms and need to get a good idea of how many more we need to ask the hotel to block off. Please post a comment if you're going to book a room, but haven't yet.
If you're waiting for registration information and the itinerary, I'll be posting it in the next couple days. We do know the registration fee will be $125 per family. You will notice that is more than last year, but you will realize when you see the itinerary that it's worth it!
I just flew all night to get home from Alaska, so give me a couple days to get this information posted. In the meantime, please help us out on the room situation. We have to guarantee we will fill the rooms, so we need to come as close as possible.
Guatoberfest 2008 is looking to be at least twice as big (and awesome) as the last one!
